HRC- HOTEL, RESTAURANT & CATERING is a biennial international appointment of professionals in the Ho.Re.Ca sector, already known in previous editions under the name of Hotelympia, from 2020 it will resume its original name – HRC – and will welcome 4 new brands in a single event: The Professional Kitchen Show, The Foodservice Show, Hospitality Tech Show and Interiors & Tableware Show.
The fair will be held at ExCel London in London on March 3rd, 4th and 5th. Biscotti Tumminello will exhibit at the Italian Pavilion, stand F400m.
It will be an opportunity to present the line of Sicilian specialties handmade: Cosi Chini, Zuccotti with almonds, Almond Ricci, Pralines with coconut, Ricci with Pistachio.
These products will be accompanied by the line of biscuits based on ancient Sicilian stone-milled grains MAJORCA, PERCIASACCHI and TUMMINIA.
In particular, Tuminì , a product of the highest quality and with an authentically good flavor for which only genuine and natural ingredients have been chosen, such as organic flour from Timilia and Mallorca, raw cane sugar, fresh eggs from free-range hens and extra virgin olive oil from Sicily.
Mannì , in which the tradition of ancient Sicilian grains blends with manna (natural sweetener), enriched by the taste of orange peel and cinnamon.
Zigarì , a product with a unique and intense flavor of Sicilian lemons, without milk, mixed only with extra virgin olive oil.
Modì , delicious biscuits enriched with Modica IGP Chocolate with Mascobado Sugar and the raw taste of Sicilian organic flours.
Visiting our stand it will be possible to taste our biscuits and exchange a few words with the Tumminello family ready to transmit a part of the Sicilian gastronomic tradition.
