The Cosi Chini are typical sweets of Castelbuono. Their name, which means “full things”, recalls the generous filling that distinguishes them making them irresistible. These pot-bellied sweets covered with icing and sugar sprinkles can be enjoyed all year round at the end of a meal as a delicious dessert, in the afternoon accompanied by tea or simply as a delicious interlude during the day.
