The week dedicated to gastronomy and good and healthy eating opens in Milan.

Starting today, May 6, 2019 until May 9, Biscottificio Tumminello will be present at TUTTOFOOD, the international B2B fair dedicated to food & beverage organized by Fiera Milano. The company will exhibit in hall 7 – stand D26.


The Biscottificio will present the line of hand-made Sicilian specialties – Cosi Chini, Zuccotti with almonds, Almond Ricci, Coconut Pralines – with the new packaging entirely dedicated to Sicily and its excellences. The new confectionery of the sweets is presented as a mix of art, history and confectionery tradition.

These products will be accompanied by the line of biscuits based on ancient Sicilian MAJORCA and TUMMINIA grains. In particular, the Tuminì, a product of the highest quality and with an authentically good flavor for which only genuine and natural ingredients have been chosen, such as organic flour from Timilia and Mallorca, raw cane sugar, fresh eggs from hens reared outdoors. and Sicilian extra virgin olive oil.

I Mannì , in which the tradition of ancient Sicilian grains blends with manna (natural sweetener), enriched by the taste of orange peel and cinnamon.

I Zigarì , a product with a unique and intense flavor of Sicilian lemons, without milk, mixed only with extra virgin olive oil.

I Modì , delicious biscuits enriched with Modica Chocolate with Mascobado Sugar and the raw taste of Sicilian organic flours.

Visiting our stand it will be possible to taste our biscuits and exchange a few words with the Tumminello family ready to transmit a part of the Sicilian gastronomic tradition.
