News for the Biscottificio Tumminello . From 7 to 11 October our company will be present in Cologne at Anuga, the largest international fair in the agro-food sector, at the Offembachsaal pavilion.

The Anuga fair boasts an exhibition space of 284 thousand square meters, divided into 10 thematic halls. Thousands of important buyers from all over the world populate every edition of the fair.

We are pleased to represent a part of the Sicilian gastronomic tradition in an international event. For our biscuits we have always used the highest quality raw materials from our land, such as ancient grains (Timilia and Maiorca), extra virgin olive oil and Sicilian lemons, honey or almonds from Avola.

Directly from Castelbuono, a place with a strong tourist and food and wine vocation, our company will exhibit the new line of artisanal baked products: Tuminì , the tradition of ancient Sicilian grains that blends with the unique taste of extra virgin olive oil and Zigarì , the perfect match between extra virgin olive oil and the fresh taste of Sicilian lemons.

It is the natural ingredients and the artisanal processes that give our products the goodness of the biscuits of the past.
