From 17 to 20 March 2019, the Biscottificio Tumminello will be present at IFE The
International Food and Drink Event, to be held at ExCel London in London. The company
will exhibit at the Italian Pavilion, stand S3940f, among about 1350 food and beverage producers
from 55 countries.

Now in its twenty-second edition, IFE is the leading international event
for innovative, global and cutting-edge food products. IFE inspires buyers of
food and drink to discover emerging trends by meeting thousands of future producers
focus face to face in the most important event in the food and beverage industry
of the United Kingdom.
The Biscottificio Tumminello will present the line of biscuits based on ancient Sicilian grains,
MAJORCA and TUMMINIA, trying to convey a part of the gastronomic tradition
Sicilian, the advantages and benefits of biscuits produced with ancient Sicilian stone-milled grains
In particular the Tuminì, a very high quality product with an authentically good flavor
for which only genuine and natural ingredients have been chosen, such as organic flours from
Timilia and Maiorca, raw cane sugar, fresh eggs from reared hens
outdoors and Sicilian extra virgin olive oil.
I Mannì, in which the tradition of ancient Sicilian grains blends with manna (sweetener
natural), enriched by the taste of orange peel and cinnamon.
I Zigarì, a product with a unique and intense flavor of Sicilian lemons, without milk,
mixed only with extra virgin olive oil.
